These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Johnson Sports Memorabilia through our website or in our Cedar Lake, Indiana retail location.
Agreement
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Prices include the product price only unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, and fees are added at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing or cancel the order with a full refund.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not binding until payment is authorized.
Title and risk of loss
Title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipped orders, or upon payment completion for in-store pickup orders. You bear the risk of loss once the carrier takes possession, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Preorders and backorders
- Preorder items are charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed by manufacturers or distributors.
- If a preorder is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will offer a full refund or store credit at your choice.
Sealed product condition
Sealed hobby boxes, packs, and cases are sold as factory-sealed products. We do not guarantee specific cards, autographs, or insert pulls inside sealed products. All sales of opened sealed product are final except for defects or damage as described in our Refund Policy.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your delivery address and local tax laws.
